Chromify is a brand run by Popa Cătălin, who is also the controller of your data. You can write to us at any time at [email protected].

When Chromify becomes a company, we will update this page with its details.

• Through the contact form: your name, company, phone number and what you tell us about your work.
• If you email or call us: your email address or phone number and what you tell us.
• On every visit, our hosting provider may log technical data for security: IP address, browser, page and time.

We use no cookies, analytics or advertising. Details in the Cookie Policy.

• To contact you about your request and book the free analysis. The legal basis: the consent you give in the form, and steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
• Technical data: for the security of the website, based on our legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your data, use it for ads or send you marketing without your consent.

For as long as our conversation lasts, and at most 12 months after the last contact if we do not start working together. If we sign a contract, we keep the data as long as the law requires for contracts and accounting records. We delete it sooner if you ask.

• Only the Chromify team.
• The providers that help us run, strictly as needed: Cloudflare (hosts the website and passes on the form), Brevo (emails us the form’s message), ImprovMX (forwards incoming email) and Google (the Gmail inbox where we read it). Some may process data outside the European Economic Area, only with the safeguards GDPR requires, such as standard contractual clauses.

You can ask at any time to access your data, correct or delete it, restrict its processing or receive a portable copy. You can object to the processing and withdraw your consent, without affecting what was done before.

The website works only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and only the people who need your data can access it. When we change anything important in this policy, we update the date at the top.
